TERMS OF SERVICE

I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON.

Payment will be done in two parts:
1. Half upfront,
2. Half once I have notified you that the commission is complete.

A work-in-progress image will be provided at a certain point after the first upfront payment. You're free to tell me about anything you want added, removed, or changed at this point!

VISUAL REFERENCES FOR CHARACTERS ARE PREFERRED!
You can provide a written description if you absolutely must, but please be as thorough as you can so I won't miss anything!

Prices are in USD and depending on complexity of the elements of the drawing, they may be liable to change.

Payments will be done either through Ko-fi, Venmo, or Paypal.me. All three of my pages are linked on the homepage of this card as well as the "Contact" page.

If at any point you wish to refund before the completion of the commission, please let me know as soon as possible and a full refund of the upfront payment will be issued.In the case that i can't complete your commission, a full refund of upfront payment will be issued with an immediate notice along with anything that I have completed.

USAGE RIGHTS

YOU MAY:

-Use your finished product as a wallpaper/background, or profile picture on social media.-Post your finished piece on social media sites (i.e. Twitter, Tumblr, Toyhou.se) SO LONG AS YOU CREDIT ME AS THE CREATOR OF THE ART! A link back to one of my socials would be much appreciated!-Claim the rights to your characters, of course!-In general, any kind of personal, non-commercial use of your finished piece is a-okay:Just please credit me wherever you post it!

YOU MAY NOT:

-Repurpose your finished piece for any kind of commercial use, such as book covers, physical merchandise, or reselling of the piece itself.-Erase/crop out the signature on your finished piece or otherwise claim the art as your own.-Recolor, trace over, and/or edit the finished artwork outside of small changes such as resizing.-Post the finished piece on social media without explicit credit.-Involve the finished piece in anything involving cryptocurrency or mint the finished piece as an NFT.-Use the finished piece in AI image datasets, or use the finished piece to train AI image generation software of any kind.

WHAT I WILL AND WON'T DRAW

I WILL DRAW:

-Human and humanoid characters-Anthro/Furry characters (A fair warning that they aren't my specialty but by god I'll try!)-Feral/Animal characters-Canon characters from existing media, but please be wary that usage rights may differ from pieces involving your own characters. I can also turn you down if for any reason this request feels iffy to me.-Ship pieces (so long as they're SFW and I'm comfortable with the pairing.)

I CAN CERTAINLY ATTEMPT TO DRAW:

-Armor, both heavy and light-Mild blood or gore / Body horror-Complex character / prop designs (Depending on the level of detail and/or complexity, I might charge extra for these.)

I WON'T DRAW:

-Any kind of hateful or bigoted content, such as racism or homo/transphobia.-Anything overly suggestive, overtly sexual, or otherwise NSFW.-Anything that may be fetishistic in nature. I'm absolutely not the guy for that. If a request feels off to me, I won't do it, sorry!-Explicit gore (Think like organs showing or hanging out)-Complex machinery, vehicles, or mecha designs

As a general rule of thumb, please remember that I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON!Failing to follow TOS or Usage Rights in any way, and/or being creepy or rude will get you blacklisted from any further commission work.

Every piece's price will vary depending on the choice of shot, line, color, level of rendering, background, etc. All prices shown below are additive.Examples of specific pieces and their respective prices are available in the Examples tab for reference.

Half-Body: $10 USD
Full Body: $20 USDFor reference: Half-bodies are around thigh-up to waist-up, and busts are chest-up to higher.Simple-shaped characters include designs such as anthro object characters or simplistic animal designs.LINEWORKCleaned Sketch: $3 USD

Pattern Background/Simple Reference Layout: $5 USD

Complex Scene: Starts at $15 USD

EXTRA CHARACTERSHead/Bust/Simple Shape: 30% of total price
Half Body: 50% of total price
Full Body: 70% of total priceCosts are per character added. Total costs do not include the background price, if one is present.
Decimal numbers above 5 will be rounded up.Pieces with a lot of characters add a lot more to my initial workload-- so the more characters requested, the more expensive the final piece will come out to be. Please be wary of that.

Depending on the payment procedure, an additional small fee may be added to the final cost to cover for transfer charges.
